Mexico has to apply for a work visa, bank account, house, cable, phone, work, a car dealer who received a fine in the amount of 6000 have, if it sells a car to an illegal. Mexico can not stop if you want a Mexican or qualify any Mexicans. The United States can control its population, why not?

If a Mexican wants to skilled jobs in the United States before the employer has made in a newspaper, the work is a step to promote .. does not apply if Mexico can do the work.
